All Asgard Cyber products

Effective 17 August 2026 · Last updated 17 August 2026

This policy covers asgardcyber.dev and every title Asgard Cyber publishes — analysis consoles, MCP servers, operations tools, and training software, including App Store editions. It replaces the earlier Shell Slinger Pro-only notice.

Who we are

Asgard Cyber publishes software and this store. Questions: https://asgardcyber.dev/.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • The asgardcyber.dev storefront, including registration, licenses, and verification.
  • Every current library title, on every platform we ship it for.
  • App Store, TestFlight, and direct desktop or Linux packages of those titles.

It does not cover third-party services you choose to connect (Apple, an AI provider, VirusTotal, Ghidra, ESXi, SSH or WinRM hosts, and similar). Those keep their own policies.

What the storefront collects

If you create a customer account we store:

  • Name, email, password hash, and optional organization.
  • A session cookie (asgard_sid) so you stay signed in.
  • License records: product, status, issue and bind times, signed key material, and the node MAC address you bind.
  • Payment verification notes an administrator records when a seat is released. We do not process cards on this site.

Browsing the public library without an account does not require personal information. We do not run advertising or product-analytics pixels.

How we use that data

Account and license data exist so we can:

  • Create and maintain your customer account.
  • Issue, bind, rebind, verify, and revoke node licenses.
  • Confirm that a requested seat has been paid before it is released.
  • Answer support questions you send us.

We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except as needed to run the storefront (hosting) or as required by law.

Node licenses and MAC addresses

Each title is licensed to one node. The MAC address you supply is used only to bind and verify that seat. Desktop apps may send SKU, MAC, and license key to POST /api/licenses/verify so the storefront can confirm the entitlement. That check is not used to track you across products or sites.

What stays on your device

Titles keep local state on the machine or device they run on — progress, engagement folders, reports, checklists, connection profiles, and similar working files. That material stays with you unless you export it or point the software at a service you control.

Offline training titles do not open a network connection for play or paper-trading. Operator tools may reach hosts or APIs you configure (for example Ghidra, VirusTotal, an AI provider, ESXi, or SSH / WinRM). Those calls use credentials and endpoints you provide. Asgard Cyber does not receive the samples, reports, or target data from those sessions.

What we do not do

Across the storefront and the library we do not:

  • Collect contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers.
  • Embed advertising, crash-reporter, or social SDKs for our own tracking.
  • Track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
  • Sell or rent personal information.

Children

The store is for customers purchasing software. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. App Store training titles that ship without accounts, ads, chat, or outbound links do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Third parties

Purchases or installs through the App Store or TestFlight are processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. Hosting for asgardcyber.dev is used only to serve the site and store account and license records.

Optional third-party services inside a title (an AI key, VirusTotal, a hypervisor, a remote host) are your choice and are not Asgard Cyber processors for that content.

App Store privacy answers

For App Store titles that do not create an account and do not use the network — including Shell Slinger Pro (bundle ID dev.AsgardCyber.ShellSlingerPro) — Apple’s nutrition labels are:

Data collection: Data Not Collected.

Tracking: No.

Used for tracking: No.

Linked to identity: No.

Those titles may store progress in Apple’s UserDefaults (App Storage) only to run the app (privacy nutrition reason CA92.1). Deleting the app removes that data. Shell Slinger Pro also has an in-game RESET PROGRESS control.

Retention

Customer accounts and license records are kept while the account is active and as long as we need them to honor, verify, or revoke a seat. Ask us to close an account and we will delete or de-identify personal fields that are no longer required for that purpose.

Changes

If a title or the storefront starts collecting new categories of data, this page will be updated before that version ships. The date at the top is the last revision.
